The itinerary

Day 1, 2 and 3

We land in the Faroe Islands at Sørvágur Airport and collect the car. The first three days will be dedicated to exploring the island of Vagar with some of the most iconic stops: the Gasadalur waterfall, the Bøsdalafossur waterfall and the famous floating lake.

Day 4 and 5

The fourth and fifth days of the trip are dedicated to discovering the Eysturoy and Streymoy islands, the largest of the Faroes, where the capital, Tórshavn, is located. Here too we will photograph iconic places such as the beaches of Tjørnuvik and Saksun, also venturing out on a few treks.

Day 6 and 7

These days will be dedicated to exploring the archipelago in the northern part of the Faroe Islands, between the main stops Kalsoy and Svínoy.

Day 8

Day 8 will be entirely dedicated to exploring Suðuroy Island, the southernmost island of the archipelago, which we will reach by ferry. Incredible trekking and breathtaking views await us here.

Day 9 and 10

On these days we will return to the island of Vagar to retrace some of the spots we have already seen, possibly with different weather conditions, but also to explore new areas.

Day 11 and 12

We move back to the north of the island to admire the sunrise and sunset on Kalsoy Island one last time. On the last day, we will sleep in Vagar and then drop off the car and return to the airport.
